General Conditions

• Room service is not included in meal plans.
• Mini Bar is not included in meal Plans.
• Missed meals may not be substituted for any other meal (s), unused items on meal plan are non negotiable and non refundable.
• Buffet meals in the outlet designed by the Hotel.
• Check in time is 15.00 pm and check out 12.00 noon.
• Above rates are per room per night, inclusive all applicable taxes and service charges and subject to change, quoted and payable in Egyptian Pounds, based Half Board basis)
• Nonrefundable payment for High Season period and it has to be according to the time limit sent from reservation department
• The above mentioned rates subject to an increase according to hotel availability and occupancy without prior notice.

Refund & cancellation policy

• One-night cancellation fees will apply, if cancellation or modification is made 07 Days from the arrival date during low period and during & Peak period the whole stay will be charged based on contract rate.
• In case of “no show” two-nights cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the company during low period and during Peak period the whole stay will be charged based on contract rate.
• Non-refundable reservations will be applied on all Egyptian national holidays.

Children policy

• 1st Child from 0 to 05.99 years-old – 100% free of charge sharing parent’s room on Half Board basis.
• 2nd Child from 0 to 05.99 years-old – 100% free of charge sharing parent’s room, on Half Board basis.
• 1st Child from 06.00 to 11.99 years-old – 200.00 LE per night on a Half Board basis.
• 2nd Child from 06.00 to 11.99 years-old – 200.00 LE per night on a Half Board basis.
• 12+, full adult rate.
